Northeastern University will be hosting a conference on the topic of highly fluorinated compounds on June 14th and 15th. The two-day event will cover the social, scientific, political, economic, and environmental health issues raised by the use of PFASs. Dr. Laurel Schaider will be speaking about source identification and drinking water treatment during one of the sessions. The conference will be held at the Northeastern University - Egan Engineering/Science Research Center & Raytheon Amphitheatre.
