Daniela Rochez, MS

Daniela Rochez is an Applied Epidemiology Fellow at the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services, specializing in maternal mortality. During her undergraduate studies in Global and Public Health Science at Cornell University, Rochez developed a deep passion for maternal and child health, which inspired her to become an advocate for these issues. She went on to earn a graduate degree in Epidemiology from Columbia University, where she continued to focus on maternal and child health in her research and as a public health influencer on Instagram. In her free time, Rochez enjoys digital drawing, watching YouTube and Netflix, and making jewelry.
