The event will be held in the Annex. Enter on level one, a few steps across the driveway from the hotel’s lobby and the parking garage elevator.

Parking

Garage parking is available for $32 at the Revere Hotel. Frequently, you can secure half price rates at this same garage by prepaying through this website (be sure to choose 200 Stuart Street). The hotel does not offer valet services. For quick access, you may drop your guests off at the entrance to the Annex before entering the garage.

Public transit

Arlington and Boylston green line stations are within walking distance of the hotel.

Seating & accessibility

Table numbers will be assigned to each guest. This venue is fully wheelchair accessible. If you or a member of your party will use a wheelchair, send an email to Shari Caplan at caplan@silentspring.org so we can provide you with the best possible experience.

Check-In

Please check-in with Silent Spring staff upon arrival to receive your nametag and confirm your registration details. Consider adding your credit card information to the Auctria silent auction website prior to the event.* This will help the check-in and check-out run as smoothly as possible. 

Your security is very important to us. Auctria and Silent Spring do not directly store your credit card information – this is done on an encrypted platform with the highest level of security.

Program seating

You will find your table number on the back of your nametag. When you enter the program area, proceed to your table where you will find your bid cards and programs.

Check-Out

We sincerely appreciate your commitment to breast cancer prevention research, and hope you will participate in our fundraising on Thursday. If you would like to use a check or donor-advised fund for your donation during the event, please visit a Silent Spring staff member at the checkout table at the end of the evening.

Note: If you do not visit the checkout table at the end of the event, we will charge the credit card on file for any winning bids on the silent and live auction items, as well as donations you may make during the event.

The Program

  • 6:30 p.m. Cocktail reception, Silver Ballroom 
  • 8:00 p.m. Program and auction, Liberty Hall
  • 9:00 p.m. Program ends, coffee and dessert in the Lobby *Remember to check-out during this time*
  • 9:30 p.m. Event ends

The program will run a little over an hour.

At the end of the evening, remember to check out if you won an auction item or participated in the fund-a-need. Please also remember to take your Echinacea seed box as a thank you from us for all you do!

Food & drink 

Enjoy beverages and hearty hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail reception and program. Food will include vegetarian, vegan, Kosher, and gluten-free options. 

Dress

Festive cocktail attire! Coat check will be available. Masking is optional. Do consider the most vulnerable among us. If you have COVID symptoms on the night of the event, please do not attend.
